Our 74th Ave Project was a special project for some amazing women. It was designed starting with our most popular Lifestyle Series and configured for their unique business needs. The “Sew Sisters” is a quilting and sewing business created by three ladies and they will use this Outdoor Office to house their business and multiple workstations. This is a farmhouse style with all the modern features needs including upgraded electrical systems, HVAC, luxury vinyl flooring, Full- Glass Sliding Door, Multiple Windows, 5′ x 16′ Step Out Deck, James Hardie Siding, 30-Yr roof, & more.

This build requires some special attention to the elements as it sits in the hills of Salem and the weather can change quickly, so special anchoring and supports have been added for added structure.
