The Brentwood Ave Project was a Signature Series – “The Main Stay”, with a modern-farmhouse style. Our clients have an amazing backyard space that has and will continue to be a work in progress. This Outdoor Office will be an extension of the patio area and integrate right into the new hardscaping for an outdoor space that anyone would love to entertain in. Upgrades include a Marvin Bi-Fold 4 panel door that folds into itself to open the entire front wall, tongue & groove raw pine ceilings, full-glass wood door, beautiful Marvin “Essential” black windows, Shaw Luxury Vinyl Floors, and a beautiful chandelier.

This build was designed around the front Bi-Fold door. The design is our signature Modern-Farmhouse style along with some matching touches from the main home. Using clean colors from Sherwin-Williams and light interiors the space feels bright and inspiring for everyday use, relaxation space, gym, or that summertime entertainment space!
